With some of the services on offer here, you may accidentally undo the mods put onto your account, in such a case you WILL NOT be refunded. If you are worried about accidentally undoing anything, bring these concerns up in your ticket to whoever is handling your order.
Bans
In our many years of modding us or any of our customers have ever once received a ban through any of the services that we sell on this server. However, In the EXTREMELY rare case you have been banned for anything related to our services, you WILL NOT be issued any type of refund or compensation. All purchases are final. Please proceed with your own caution and understand the risks involved.
Refunds
You are eligible for a refund if your order is not completed in reasonable time (depending on the type and queue of orders). You will be notified when your window of opportunity to request a refund is over. (GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)
Time-wasters
We have streamlined our ticketing system on the server to help cut down on the amount of time it takes to complete orders. Please only create a purchase ticket and message if you're 100% interested in the service. If you wish to ask a question about our services without any real intention on purchasing them right away create a separate ticket in ❔│questions . Purchase tickets are for PURCHASING ONLY. Anyone who we believe is time wasting will have their ticket closed earlier than we would close others. Anyone who does this continually will be issued punishment based on the frequency of past offences.
